It's been continual poor management. How can they not sell HS at the moment?
Only 13% of a $3.8million dollar sale has been executed for what should be, the biggest market / opportunity in the entire world!
No wonder the deal with OOH is dead... Why would OOH buy and distribute a product that can't gain traction in the USA.
The fact that the stock is trading at over 9c is generous!
