No it doesn’t - that stupid little idea was the policy ex union hack Bill Shorten took to the last election before he was told to get lost because it was uncosted, unviable and would have destroyed a whole stack of jobs. Good old QLD in particular woke up and stuck the middle finger up at the Labor twits which is why they were smashed.
