Tali has not established its reputation required for retail sale yet, to achieve that It need endorsements from professionals, and it takes time.....if you want to see revenue from online subscription that will be long long time. It will make money from government subsidies for now and close future, and many investors believe so, that was why the SP shot up with the news of remuneration code from US authorities
