The market capitalization of Clarius was once more than $220M, only last year! it is presently around 10% of that at $23M, positioning itself by design or otherwise for a friendly or hostile takeover.

Given its number of offices throughout Australia, Asia, and NZ, its infrastructure, and cash flow, etc. this would be tempting to many Internationally strong competitors seeking to expand their market positions.
Or maybe we should bring back Rob C? maybe the business is where he could buy it outright now? Wouldn’t hurt to have the acquisition king back onboard!
