Was there any published and therefore verifiable information regarding the vote at the last AGM?

I was just wondering how many shares would have to be purchased to change the position to a majority voting for the removal of the current board and replacing it with a more realistic one?

So my question is how many shares would need to be purchased to inject some realism into the running of the company?
