    seeing as the max spp application is $20k, and the price is likely to be $66, 10,000 shares are unlikely.

    303 shares will be the max (no scaleback).

    they will also only issue 2.3m shares (slightly below), which is less than the daily volume. It is enough to make a small difference, but not enough to dictate large price moves (it seems there are some large funds in control of that atm)
