The announcement has stated that the improvement is from the positive cash flow from *operations*.
A cash inflow from term deposit would be in the classification of cash flow from “Investments”. While CR is in the “Financing” category.
i think it is encouraging, most likely the Cambodian project would have contributed well for this quarter.
