Then i am neither bull or bear, and i'd say there are none on this forum that fit your bull description. But they're welcome to correct me.

So we all agree property is a worthy investment if the timing is right, gearing and cash flow worked out properly.

But to say the likes of me are real estate agents is provocative, as you know, those that have dabbled in the property market, have developed a general mis trust and dislike of them...

By the way, if the mods were guitar savy (which unfortunately i think they're not!), your post would have been moderated for extreme malicious flaming and baiting ;)
