Possibly just being pushed up so some bigger sellers can exit without too much egg on their faces. We have not heard anything about the delivery contracts that supposedly started over 6 months ago. They apparently haven't recieved a cent. I have contacted them several times re this and they have never given me any responses. I am of the opinion now that the contract has fallen over and they don't want to admit it, and have been reducing my holdings accordingly. What a gip lol.
