Lets just say I am confident enough to put a lot of money into this. Half a house infact - maybe more with dimishing house prices in Richmond. But more importantly the fortunes of my wife and 2 year old son.

I agree I am disappointed in the pour date lag - Not good enough.

The old line "under promise and over deliver" could never ring truer.

What I like and KNOW after many hours of reading calls and research is - proven resource and getting better- good management (albeit bad production date call)- locked in price/sales and moderate level of hedging with upside,no immediate debt.
