Don't let your morals cloud your judgment or investment thesis. Your bias is showing. It doesn't matter what I think.
Credit code is pretty clear about the definition of credit as extending money with the view to be charging interest on outstanding balances.
Afterpay's unique position is outside of this clear definition (doesn't mean the code can't be updated to encapture Afterpay model - though dubious as to any consequences this may have - increased regulatory costs probably - it is of course a key risk to the investment thesis). This argument & your other points have been debated on this forum & outside in the public domain, media etc for years now. Your view is not new, nor do you add anything to the conversation that hasn't been discussed prior.
