So with the SPP it says that 55% applied for $5k so that is $2.75m raised for 5k holders so all the rest of us that actually stumped up proper funds are left with the balance of $2.25m which we will receive less than half applied for is that correct?

Given raised 2x the $2.5m if you applied for $30k you should have received $15k in stock but because all these $5k holders get full allocations we will actually be receiving under half, is this correct?
