OLX is basically Napsters and they seem to have got the better end of the deal here? The option for them to buy out FDV tilts the balance in their favour. Encuetra24 really hasn't been growing much for a few years now so I guess they had to do something.
The real prizes would be Panama and Costa Rica I would have thought as they are far richer and more developed than Guatemala. Panama's real GDP is probably a lot more than officially recorded, it is a tax haven afterall.
