I'm confused by your question :).
You have the option to purchase 1 extra share @ 60c for every 5 held, leaving you with 20% more shares. Alternatively do nothing, where you will maintain your initial holding - your holding will be diluted slightly as there will be more shares overall on issue.
I couldn't help myself and bought in today. Have no idea how current SP can lag so far behind the rights issue price, perhaps I will find out soon enough :).
