    Mate I'm not contradicting anything because I didnt make any assertions and I dont have an opinion. I understand that ppl dont want any negative input if they have an invested interest but I'm just asking for the facts. I'm just saying that he said the state of things are really bad there atm and as a local business owner he suggested to stay away.
    1/3 ownership is a good start towards setting things at ease.
    I'd like to hear anyone else that has some decent input about why things are looking so good here?
