What happens if the independent report comes back clean?, page-14

I think that if the outcome from the independent report is favourable to ISX then it would mean further evidence to be used in the Federal Court case but would not mean the re-listing of ISX, just yet.

Whilst it would mean ISX has completed the initial 4 requested items of the ASX, i highly doubt that the ASX would be satisfied and allow the re-listing. As JK mentioned, they seem to be adding more requests on top of each other one which is burdening at the very least. I think that if we had a completed independent report in earlier days (Nov/Dec 19) then it could have potentially cut the amount of time wasted on this continuous back and forth between ASX and ISX.

We just have to wait to hear more at the AGM and then outcome from the Federal Court Case.
