Sounds like you need to move from Comsec! Restricting bids as too far away from the current price in this market is a joke and they should should be hammered for not allowing the market to be open and transparent.

The reason I posted the paragraph on Fusion was not to outline what they got for their money, it was the fact that they are spending in this market and that YRR are gonna need cash soon it they want to progress so I think they need to find a buyer for the U tenament/s and focus on the Vanadium. I don't care how they do it - just sell something rather than further dilute the companies shares.

Saw the first post in the thread but didn't really look at the date. Am surprised but DM been involved with quite a few co's and although he has crossed paths with others before I understand he is furious with the new crew forcing him out. Surely he would have gone on his own accord if they were still mates rather than face losing the vote and looking like an idiot? He resigned at the last minute IMO just to be a pain the YRR's ass right up until the AGM and sooth his batterred ego.
