The capital requirements of MAQ seem to be fairly well in hand and I know management have a history of avoiding debt & dilution.
Having said that, the DC opportunity is now and as a holder I have to say it makes perfect sense to place (say) a paltry 3m or so shares at ballpark $40, get knocked over in the rush raising $120 mill or so and as long as it accelerates MAQ in the right spaces it’s a good thing.
