Yeah I have. I’m not remotely risk adverse but I’m also not stupid enough to bet the farm. I expect to profit. The biggest question now is how to balance FOMO and greed with sensible decisions around when to sell. No doubt I’ll make a mistake or two, that’s all okay. But if dumped my entire portfolio on Monday morning, it would be profitable across the board.
My next big learning curve is going to be when, and how much, to sell. Doing it wisely is going to be the difference between a deposit or a whole house. Or maybe taking a loss, if I’m stupid or too greedy. I’m actually enjoying this a lot, learning heaps, loving this forum, which is also teaching me a lot, including what is fckn pie in the sky bullsh*t. There’s a bit of that omg.
