This is as simple as it is. Regardless of all the sales forecasts and estimates... imo HCT had a bunch of smoke sent up them by Health Therapies Global with no real credibility / path to sales.... As shareholders we should have known a start up isn't going to ever get near real forecasts but mgmt, should have vetted and done DD much better and not just given away territorial rights like that...and here we are..

Look at Ooh-Medical - Zero sales and still linked to Maison Morrel and co another start up...albeit ooh-medical look like they have relevant team but still need the distribution rights....

They need entry to pathway in critical areas now and hopefully we can get an update next week to start repairing this cluster of a show.
