if you bought the notes, you will be deemed to have read the prospectus.
I suspect some of the larger providers who have loads of clients as noteholders may step up to negotiate a deal on behlaf of everyone, but with the situation as precarious as it may be do not expect any flash deal. I reckon at a guess that you may get 50 cents on the dollar of value, but that value may vary on how well BNB does over the next few years.
