I think anyone who bets against the US economy is mad, Us economy is the strongest and most resilient economy in the world- so are the people.
regarding numbers, yes infections rates are growing again, but what about the recovery rates, 96% of people who catch this will be fine in time, so don't agree with your Veteran analogy. Not comparing apples with apples- yes there will be deaths and some psychological impacts but majority of the workforce will be physically and psychologically able to work.
Regarding uptick on Monday, why is Monday and uptick but next week a down tick- what has changed.
Too much fear and panic being spread by the mainstream media- it's now becoming political too.
