Allow me to add to what jamesc666 said above, how do you value a company which has no earnings, when the market chooses traditional matrixes to value it?
By that, I am referring to the traditional methods of valuation, price to cash flow (ebitda), price to earnings; they all need to have net earnings and positive EBITDA. The fact is the prices have fallen and found a floor only now when we expect positive EBITDA. Obviously the company wasn't valued at Price to Revenue multiples, otherwise it would not have fallen so much.
What valuation method would you have used to help us understand why the share px is where it is now?
