All jokes aside congratulations on a wonderful and very interesting and detailed article.

I have done research on past history and to my dismay l learnt that a major crash also occurred in 1891. Up to October 1891 the stock market boomed and speculation was rife and then on 23 October, the market crashed. It is interesting to note that the market crashes in 1891,1929 and 1987 all occurred on the same day 23rd October and it is also interesting to note that markets crashed exactly 55 days after the Dow hit its high point. Going on past history it looks like we are fairly protected from another sizeablke crash for a few years .

In the case of 1891 Real Estate took the major hit and it wasnt until 1951 that Real Estate returned to 1891 levels.

Surprising but true. What is exactly around the corner, I am continualy amazed when I hear folks say that Real Estate in certain areas is safe. What a lot of baloney.
