the conversion is the low of $0.45 or 5% discount to the next equity raising price So for every 4c that SO4's share price goes up is ~$1m of value to EQX (22.22m shares @ $0.45) - its a great short term result for EQX shareholders in fact!!
I sense that SO4 is going very well and only bridging some funds to keep up the pace... so EQX likely locks in conversion sooner rather than later as its hinged to the next cap raise.
Maybe this will wake people up to the negative EV... with the SO4 investment EQX is trading almost $10m below cash
