That may be true but recently with coronavirus, many temporary residents have left Australia.

The number of expats returning here is insufficient to replace these, so at least temporarily, population 'growth' will become negative, or at best stagnant.

Over the longer term this may be adverse for Invocare and its listed competitor.

I have looked at buying but the above is a concern.
