I own a very busy cafe in sydney inner west.
we exclusively use a2 milk. About 100L per week.

FYI... I don’t pay $5 per bottle. I would go broke if I paid that.
i pay much less.
i pay wholesale to the distributer, they get a rebate from a2, so I get a very competitive price.
but a2’s focus isn’t cafes, its supermarkets, so they really haven’t pushed this space at all.
but my understanding is it is growing, but only because of consumer interest, A2 don’t have sales reps for cafes.
i had to approach a2 myself to get it into my cafe, they then put me into contact with distributer.

from a barista point of view, a2 is a quality milk, steams very well, very consistent, and the bottle is very nice to hold and pours really well!
