If all goes smoothly then yes, KAR should start before the new year. However, delays can and do happen, hence why I suggested January would be a likely date. See MEO, they expected their rig in late October, but due to drilling problems at Ichthys North (Same basin, not far from KAR permits), they are still waiting for the rig.
Wipz, yes we are talking about the 703. Have you seen a schedule that mentions February?? I was going off a Woodside drilling programme I found.
