reality - somewhere between $1.50 and $2 would be a fair trading range. gotta remember, the world markets and resources have been demolished this last year, so $2.50 and over is wishful thinking. that was never gonna hold in this market.
i would say $1.50 to $2 is fair.

my valuation - right now, based on information to date and ignoring any further potential, i would say $4 to $6.
the NPV for this resource must surely be over $1bn.
