so he has acquired 9,200,067 into his indirect account

with 5,000,000 oppis

but he had a total of  20,000,000mil oppis and now has 5,000,000 oppis as per declaration

It goes on to say

Nature of changes Exercise of 15,000,000 options exercisable at $0.033, expire 30 Nov. 2022 & transfer from direct to indirect holding

so 15,000,000 oppis appear to have disappeared from his holdings  yet he has only acquired 9,200,067
fP shares

From the 2A it says the transaction was

Cashless exercise of employee options as approved at AGM held on 26 November 2019

Not sure what to make of it anyone else want to throw the cap in the ring
