People....He exercised 15 000 000 options at 3.3cps which means he was required to stump up $495 000 of his own cash. Rather than find the cash he sold 5 799 933 shares @ 8.53c (possibly VWAP on the 8th July). This was done nearly a week ago. More importantly he sees value of holding more ROX shares. I would see it as a positive for shareholders.
