Big day tomorrow 2nd Rig is due to arrive on site. Mad 180 has now been drilling 24/7 for 12 days, that's Two 12 hour shifts per day. The drilling rate with Slow forward speed, can vary considerably depending on ground type but generally 25-30m per shift. So we may be around 600 mtrs down at this stage.IMO Baring any breakdowns the first hole will be completed by weekend. Next week could be very exciting as we are drilling into the unknown our down hole surveys will then tell us where to drill next, as this first hole begins to unlock the geology at depth.

Diamond drilling of new conductive targets at the Investigators Prospect is underway:
Drilling of the first deep hole – MAD180 – to test the large conductive target at Investigators identified by the magnetotelluric (MT) and audio-magnetotelluric (AMT) surveys has commenced
MAD180 is planned to be drilled to a downhole depth of 800m
Second diamond rig is scheduled to arrive at site on or about 14 July 2020, with both diamond rigs to operate 24/7

So hang on tight the fun is about to begin
