Read a report this morning that RIO had US$55B of debt, or AU$85B. So the market still values RIO's businesses at AU$100B+. I'm a long term believer but short term, if sentiment gets nasty, you have to admit that there's a lot of fat in that kind of valuation. But I think holders who buy now, and are prepared to put in money towards a capital raising at any price, even at say $5 a share, will be well rewarded long term.
