That role and the CV of the Mr. Demeter shows that he might be an expert with an excellent network connection to the forces and defense shields of many countries.
I am not surprised if his company is working under the radar and not using social media or is present in the net.
Seems to be very legit and maybe another key to success.

Kleos is a real start up as we wait to get up, maybe one of the most undervalued companies in the whole world, data revenue is the key and be sure they think much further than only RF Sats - if you want to know more about projects in the pipeline you have to go the check out the page of Magna Parva, same owners than Kleos and stockholder as well.
Innovations will be incorporated in Kleos. If Kleos had been in the Canadian or the US stock market and be fed with all the information we received so far - I bet we would have had the 200 million worth, and we would run in the direction of 10 USD when the first batch is up and revenue coming in.

The 3 million new CR might be used to send up the second batch, which have been build by GomSpace, with another launcher.
Why they have to wait for the first 4 sats if each set of 4 are delivering the needed data and can work separately?
I would not be surprised we will get similar news like this soon.
