with the begining of lockdowns coming back in nsw i think we may see some buying oppurtunity coming in the couple of weeks.
still want to buy into this for the longterm at an averahge under $2.
looks to be one if the stronger aus reit option coming out of this virus eventually.
and with other companies like vicinity still collecting rent i question wether revenue will be halved like the market is currently predicting.
