You make some interesting points Pedro but for me it raises more questions than it answers. if the EKJV represents such a large contribution to the NST bottom line why have they not at the very least made a play for RND given there is no longer a cross holding, and the market cap (approx 126m) is sofa change for NST. The SP has missed the recent sector run up and is undervalued on most metrics. i know they made what appeared to be a half hearted offer for the other half of the EKJV however now would seem to be a good time for a more aggressive play at RND rather than allow EVN to take the rest of TBR (and presumably then RND). the relative lack of activity around TBR and RND appears at odds with the current M and A movement in the broader industry. i have held for a long time however I am starting to question that wisdom given some of the gains I have made holding some other junior miners and explorers recently and the opportunity cost associated with holding RND at this time. I will continue to hold but I would like to see management articulate a path forward for RND.

RND and TBR are set up so no other outside entity can take the other over - they are effectively the same company split into two shells. AB has set this up brilliantly IMO. The EKJV is not the jewel in the crown, Jundee is, however I suspect Golden Mile UG will eventually take that title
