Truth is Carr is positioned that she does not have to work, BUB's ,is her baby so to speak, she started the business and I suspect it now makes up her DNA.
The decision to sell is a Board decision and not Carr, although I imagine she has quite a bit of influence. But as they say everyone has a price. Just say the SP is $2.25 (this is not unrealistic as BUB's is quickly moving from a speculative stock as it is now becoming profitable) come January and it is hovering. A company comes along and offers $3.90 and that would put the capitalisation of BUB's to over $2.4 billion, what would you do? For Carr that would be a pay day of $54.6 million. I know what I would be doing!!
