barnsty: replying to your post on BHP forum....the stock has to get past 12.50...there's a lot of locked in short term traders who will offload their positions as soon as it reaches that point...This will drive the price down and there's also the shorters who will anticipate this and act accordingly..so it might bump up and down for a month or so before heading north...

.There will have to be a lot of upward momentum to push through the supply so it could fall back to 12 ..in the short term


Traders who took positions around 13.50, 14 etc thinking the stock was cheap have been caught on the wrong side of the market..(I bought at 14 too but I also bought at 12.18)..my average entry is 13.20 and I am happy to hold long term....

I have never experienced a market bottom but from what I have read this sort of price action is typical.....

I lost a fair bit of money at the end of last year so took all my money out of the market.......It hurt at the time but I have since re-entered all my positions at half for what I sold them...

I am only trading good quality stocks I am prepared to hold long term. At these price levels even if they go down a bit if you can weather the storm it's relatively risk free..and what about the dividends? that's a bonus in itself....

WOR is an interesting stock because there's no reason why it should be getting hammered the way it is.

Personally I think it's being driven down so it can be accumulated before a big price move....patience is the skill required right now.....and nerves of steel!!!

BTW SP has come off a double bottom..very bullish:-)
