UBER eats is a direct result of society that is more demanding than having pizza and garlic bread home delivered every week. Uber Eats has opened the opportunities for people to have everything under the sun delivered to their home. Some restaurants will adapt to it better than others and some will be advantaged and some disadvantaged but at the end of the day this is a huge benefit to society.
Just like Afterpay... Although most merchants are actually better off by offering the service so it's a win-win-win for (almost) everyone. The negative will be seen in the bottom line of banks with reduced credit card revenue (although CC revenue is only a small % of their overall business).
Hoping for $66 over the next few weeks, a more reasonable price for a top up.
