As seems to often be the case, an overreaction from several comments here. While unfortunate, teething issues such as this in small tech start-ups are nothing unusual and I've been involved in a start-up that went through far more troubling teething issues than this and is now market leader in its segment.

The real issue is working capital. Even with share consolidation I don't see another cap raise being successful nor viable, so at this stage I'd say it's a matter of reach a major partnership, be bought out, or wrap up.

The truth is, don't invest in tech startups unless you're fully prepared for most to fail and understand the long and difficult road from good IP to productisation and market penetration.
