NetZero was the reason for the credit facility in the first place and why your shares are getting diluted all the posts which highlighted the margins. How are these margins going to go if they are using the money for general purposes.
The only reason the lipstick looked good was cutting back on expenses. Something that should have been done at start of pandemic.
I was and still am sceptical of Net Zero and how it would work?? am none the wiser after 6 months.
Why should shareholders have to wait for an audit to know how Net Zero is going, especially when so many businesses have had to close down or had foot traffic come to a stand still. Does this model still work are they still using it.

'When will the audit be available'? That and other basic questions are available to you and easily answered if you do the research as I pointed out in my initial post.

'NetZero was the reason for the credit facility in the first place' It obviously was not the only reason as once again previously pointed out to you, you would know this if you took the time to read the agreement, Fat the socks maybe dry but the shoe's are getting soaked..

'How are these margins going to go if they are using the money for general purposes'? Many company's structured finance agreements prior to Covid with the intent to cover financing & operating costs by increased revenue without the foresight of arguably the most significant economical event since the great depression. How do you think that will affect the majority of company margins?

I am far from Teds biggest fan however to be fair like many CEO's he has been thrown a decent curve ball which has for the time being derail the obvious growth EN1 was experiencing. Given EN1 has a high gross profit margin it is not unreasonable nor unusual for company's to adopt the higher volume lower margin business model when margins allow it.

During general business trading conditions many company's have used this basic formula as a spring board to the next stage of growth, successfully. As we are not in general trading conditions and EN1 is one of thousands of business's affected by current events obviously their margins may be affected. To what degree? Once again you will be able to access that information in the financials when released.

'Does this model still work are they still using it?' Don't you think that question is better suited and directed to Ted?
