Okay simple maths

There is approx 1,000,000,000 (1bn) shares on issue and the close price is 0.5c = $5,000,0000 MC.

Ted has already given himself a consideration of $1,073,000 and this isn't including this pay which from the directors report was $338,000

Which would total over $1,400,000 assuming last years pay but then could also be worse if there is commission paid out.

So right now Ted is actually taking approx 28% of the MC p.a. with the SP at 0.5c.
