To think Visa US$400bn market cap, or Mastercard US$300bn market cap or any of the other big global banks who own the financing lines of credit funding will just let APT eat it's lunch, heck, let alone it's breakfast?
What APT does isn't exactly rocket science nor groundbreaking technology, there's no real moat, customers/vendors and end customers can easily move and use another provider.
The real issue with APT is how they will truly monetize and make bank before it's too late from market saturation / competition and without taking on unnecessary risk to finance what appears to be high risk end customers in this current climate.
Why would the founders sell $260million worth of shares if they thought it was under valued? No, they are thinking what stupid valuations that sheep are willing to buy at this price, let me sell them my shares because I don't think it will be worth that much anytime soon, this is stupid. Oh and I will continue to rake in my millions in salary and stock options.
