Remember we asked Phil at the AGM for his take on the true market value of Rincon per the supposed valuation being done BDO kendallls for the demerger which he muttered some rubbish that its wasn't a market value review but for ATO purposes. Mind you i reminded him all transfers for ATO purposes are done at market. I think he went red at that. lol
he then quoted "its just a tin shed sitting in the middle of nowhere." To that i think somebody's response was a pretty #### expensive $25 million tin shed., per the books.
