    The impact of the cap raising from WBC cannot be underestimated, CBA expected to follow shortly and i can only presume that ANZ will at some stage as well, these issues will create a significant overhang on these stocks in the short term, tough for us to rally when our banks are raising $$$$ and 4+ year lows.
