I feel as though the ' run up ' in this ticker the last couple of days has much more legs than some of the others as of late.

And my reasoning's are fairly simple in that it is often confusing or sometimes even impossible to wrap some numbers around the possible scenarios of ' Growth ' when a Share Price jumps out of the Blocks as it has done with CRO.

However if you go back to the ' First SpendaPay Customers Live ' , I would in turn focus on the two following bulleted highlights as follows :-

The EFTPOS services will be targeted at small businesses andfranchise groups with card sales of between $500,000 and$2,000,000.

The Company will cross sell and market its payment solutions to bothits own and Appstablishment’s existing merchant base of over 20,000businesses

So if we simply take CRO's existing customer base of 20,000 businesses , we would calculate a range of between $10 Billion and $40 Billion in GPV ( Gross processing volumes ) . So using the ' Base ' amount charged to customers on this volume ( as per below statement ) , that equates to sales turnover of between $150 million and $600 million .

" The payments services enable Cirralto to charge customers merchant fees on a sliding scale, with thebase blended merchant fee being 1.5% and invoice value. "

And if we compare these figures to say that of ' Square ' who charge 1.9% merchant fees , we can see for potential comparative purposes that their last Quarter numbers despite a general slowing due to COVID-19 economic conditions sill came in at a GPV of US$25.7 Billion or an increase of 14% as against the same period last year. I note also that Square's Gross Profit came in at $539 million up 36% over the same Quarter last year.

Alternatively , If we look at Paypal processed $191 million in total payments volume in reporting a net income figure of $84 million on revenue of $4.62 Billion which was up 12% year on year.

Interesting that Paypal stated that they had processed for this period a total of 3.3 Billion transactions or approximately 39.4 payments transactions per active account.

So folk's with the general ' outlook ' and forecast transactions and earnings set to improve even more from what appears to be the lowest point in the current COVID-19 economic cycle , the future for CRO does indeed look very very positive in terms locking into a solid growth story wrapped around a rapidly expanding ' Ecommerce ' platform.

So these are the reason's I have become BOTH interested ......and invested in by taking what I believe to be a ground floor entry into this Company as of Yesterday .....wink.png
