    Be absolutely mad to buy VCR in the SPP when could have bought them for more than a 10% discount earlier today.

    The stockmarket and these companies are not charities so don't donate your money to them via SPP's especially when the company is nearly bankrupt, hasn't been open to shareholders, the share price is trading at a heavy discount to the SPP (with plenty of shares available in the depth), the company needs a significant amount more funds after the SPP is completed...

    Why would you risk putting your money into the company?
