"Back to back trading halts"????? There is only one trading halt. This is a good company so there won't be much discount. I'd say it will be used to expand the factory, like they said, which in turn will greatly increase SDV's revenue. This is normal people.... fast growing companies need money to grow. Think of the bigger picture.
