Once it broke 80 cents today a lot of stop losses would have been triggered and margin calls.
Valuations would be getting belted around but as long as all the tennants are paying their rent then the distribution is safe. It won't matter what the valuations are as the cash side of the business is strong.
If the distribution announcement on dec 18 is what is expected i.e 9.65 cents per security then GMG will sprint past the $1.20 mark no problem.
