A couple of comments
IMF only fund claims that they believe they have a very very very very very good chance of winning.
Their return is generally upwards of 300% of their outlay.
They took Aristocrat to court recently and got a good sum for their shareholders.
They also have claims against CNP and AFG for similar concerns.
IMF and their associated legal teams are ruthless. This is good for shareholders who bought stock in the date range specified.
